His presence was noticed at the Charollais Premier Sale in July 2010 where he stood 9th out of over 35 ram lambs in the show class. Rainbow Komodo Dragon was purchased for the Foulrice Flock at the sale by Charles Valerie Marwood for 1400 guineas. On her first outing to Cheshire Show in June 2010 she took first prize in the Duroc January gilt class and then went on to qualify for the Young Pig of the Year Finals. Her next trip out was to Shropshire Show where she again came first in her class Any Other Modern Breeds . At Hatfield Show in August, she came first in the Duroc January Gilt class and was Reserve Breed Champion. The Young Pig of the Year Finals were also held at Hatfield show where she achieved the acolade of Reserve Female Champion YPOY.
